Legal Notice

All notices from Middle Sister Jewelry (MSJ) to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Middle Sister Jewelry shall be made either by regular mail or first class mail to our address at: 2703 Windswept Lane, Annapolis, MD 21401. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Middle Sister Jewelry five (5) days after the date sent.

Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, MSJ will refund your money using the original method of payment if we receive the undamaged product within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs and/or shipping costs to return the product are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. A 10% stocking fee will be charged for all returns.

If your product breaks for any reason, MSJ will either fix the product or make you a new product. You may also request a refund. Customer is responsible for returning the product to MSJ at 2703 Windswept Lane, Annapolis, MD 21401. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. MSJ will pay shipping costs to send the product back to the customer.

Payment Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using credit cards and PayPal Express. Middle Sister Jewelry reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Middle Sister Jewelry ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Middle Sister Jewelry ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. For international orders - see International. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

MSJ ships internationally. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Middle Sister Jewelry is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. International shipping charges are based on the country the product it being shipped to. 

Sales Tax

Middle Sister Jewelry charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site to Maryland customers based on the applicable state sales tax rate.
